October 20th marked the second annual conference for The Collective Affair. We were so excited to once again bring together powerhouse companies, influencers, media, and entrepreneurs for a full day of interactive learning about the latest trends, innovations, and exciting happenings in the lifestyle verticals of fashion, food, and travel.
Once inside the main room, guests are allowed to choose a table to sit at, and each table was sponsored by an amazing brand.
One of our main goals is to provide our guests with new insights to help further their careers and entrepreneurial journeys. We couldn't be happier with our speakers who were so open to share their lessons and give real, tangible advice. We want our guests to leave feeling inspired and accomplished. We heard a lot about authenticity throughout the day, some great information about making it easy for your consumers to shop on social media, and how to build organic partnerships.
We gained a lot of insight from a talk with the founder of Sharky's, Steve Paperno, and fireside chat with Nekter's founder, Alexis Schulze. They both got into depth about what it takes to run a successful business.
Lunch is served! Sharky's provided an incredible lunch, and our guests got to know each other more as they discussed aspects of the fashion, food, & travel business in greater depth as they broke out in groups with fellow attendees.
Throughout the day, Megan Monahan from Yogaworks, helped everyone find their zen through simple and short meditations.
