Taste of LA
The Taste of LA takes place at the end of our full day of learning all about the latest in fashion, food, and travel. It's the chance to refuel and connect with others who experienced the day with you. With any event, food is one of the things that people look forward to the most, and we absolutely want to come through for our guests. Not too toot our own horn, but we think we did a great job of bringing together some of the best for The Taste of LA. Read on to check them out.
Snow Monkey reinvented ice cream by creating an ice treat that is packed with superfoods, fruits, seeds, protein, antioxidants, and fiber. Their Cacao and Goji Berry flavors are perfect to eat anytime of day. Our freezers are stocked.
For every pack of Hippeas sold, they give back to Farm Africa which is a charity that helps farmers “become more pioneering and productive, climate smart and competitive, enabling them and their communities to grow their way out of poverty.” These organic chickpea puffs are not only good for you but they are good for the earth as chickpea plants naturally release nitrogen back into the earth as they grow.
Pomp & Whimsy infuses classically distilled gin with a natural botanical liquor. The gin is made from scratch with a select blend of sixteen natural and whole ingredients. We love that it makes drinking gin feel playful, fun, and modern.
Bettolino is a true Italian family owned restaurant. Vince and Andreanna Giuliano are brother and sister who ‘grew up in a true South Bay food family.’ Their grandparents opened up a deli in the 1950s and in the 90s their parents opened a restaurant. Vince and Andreanna naturally wanted to continue the family biz, and Andreanna’s husband joined them.
Brother and sister team, Lois and Alan, started Capriotti’s in 1976. Their fresh roasted turkey, quality meats and cheeses, and fresh rolls and produce is what sets them apart from their competition. We love businesses that are passionate, and one after on taste, you’ll see that Capriotti’s is just that.
